Building your own patches is not that difficult as it seems or being communicated through various channels. Remember always that the vintage echogear was designed and build to be hifi and in most cases for the voice. The degradation that's being applied to the signal is in most cases over the top and not in accordance with the objectives of the designers of, as an example Meazzi. So, here goes...

Not addressed although recognized as an improvement:

• Using an Abbey road reverb approach of adding additional 60-100Ms delays will enrich the echo samples.
• Using the Alesis envelope generator to quasi provide for a kind of compression
• Adding enrichment to the echoes by adding harmonics through a valve (or valve simulation)

It is believed that the (further) enrichment of the echosamples can be achieved by 'outboard' equipment or by postprocessing.
